1. Melt deposition type The first type of melt deposition type FDN uses polylactic acid ABS plastic as the printing material. This technology extrudes the filamentous material, such as hot plastic or metal fuse, heated nozzle, and carries out volume deposition at a fixed rate according to the predetermined track of each layer of the part.
2. The second printing technology of LCD selective area light transmission is called, LCD selective area light transmission. The material used by LCD is bright digital light source. The light source is evenly distributed through the condenser. Using the LCD imaging principle of LCD screen, driven by the microcomputer and the display drive circuit, the computer program provides the image signal, and the selective transparent area appears on the LCD screen.
3. Digital light processing. The third printing technology is called digital light processing DLP. The material used is bright digital system, DLP laser forming technology, which is similar to the SLA liner lithography technology, but it uses high resolution, digital light processor ELP, projector to cure liquid photopolymer, and carry out light curing layer by layer.
4. Stereolithography, the fourth is stereolithography SLA. The material used is a bright branch. A laser with a specific wavelength and intensity is used to focus on the surface of the photocurable material to solidify it from point to line and from line to surface in order to complete the drawing operation of one layer, and then the lifting table moves the height of one layer in a vertical direction, and then solidifys another layer, so that the layers are superimposed to form a three-dimensional solid.
5. Selective laser sintering. The fifth is selective laser sintering SLS. The materials used are nylon metal powder and PS powder resin sand. The powder will be turned into a tightly integrated whole through sintering instead of melting it into liquid. Under laser scanning, the final part will be formed and submerged in a pile of powder through layer by layer of covering. After 12-14 hours of cooling, the remaining powder can be recycled and reused.
