When metal powder is completely melted under high energy laser powder, for example a phase transition from the solid to the liquid aggregate state occurs, we are talking about selective laser melting (SLM technology). SLM process is used particularly in the processing of metals so to competes with metal casting technology in a small segment.
From tested data on common metal materials in this application, if we have right parameters we could see better data performance on density and mechanical strength over casting and close to forging.

Q: Who are you?
A: Matrix Laser Technology Co., Ltd, located in Shenzhen with 20 minutes to Shenzhen International Airport, focuses on metal 3D printing technology development as well as full range 3D printing service for oversea market. We started with SLM technology and post-treatment process for final products, and more 3D printers with other technologies are under development and verification.
Up to the end of Y2022 with 20 headcount sales team effort, we have expanded our business to America (South + North), Eastern Europe, Mid-East, West Europe and Eastern Asia.
Q: What do you do?
A: We focus on metal material 3D printing technical solutions including material, printing, post-treatment and engineering consultant for industrial sectors. Our main 3D printers could cover most industrial small, medium and large size requirements, ultra-large build volume printers have been released with several material proved by delivered applications.
Q: What language can your company offer?
A: In general, we follow English for spoken and written, we also offer Mandarin and Japanese as spoken service, more language from team will come later with update online.
