    To address pain points such as severe splashing during welding of high-reflection materials in the infrared band, the GCL-500 500W continuous single-mode green laser has been launched. The GCL-500 green laser adopts a scheme of all-fiber fundamental frequency plus external cavity doubling, achieving a single-mode continuous green light output exceeding 500W. It features high absorption, minimal splashing, high efficiency, stability, and superior beam quality. This laser can also provide flexible fiber-coupled transmission, facilitating easier integration with automated control systems, suitable for welding processes of high-reflection materials like copper. Due to its excellent output power stability and superior beam quality, especially high absorption in high-reflection materials like copper, it holds promise for applications in 3D printing using pure copper materials.
